The Ventura County Fairgrounds’ proximity to the ocean is great for sweeping views and cool summer breezes, but the damp, salt air wreaks havoc on the meeting facilities and structures, many of which were built more than 75 years ago.
Concerned community leaders have established the Ventura County Fair Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to raising and allocating the funds necessary to preserve and enhance the vitality of the Fairgrounds for generations to come.
This 501(c)3, non-profit organization is dedicated to preserving the Fairgrounds position as one of the most beloved and unique public facilities in all of Ventura County. To learn more about the Foundation and how you can get involved, please contact Barbara Quaid at (805) 648-3376, ext. 107, or email to bquaid@venturacountyfair.org.
The mission of the Ventura County Fair Foundation is to provide financial support for improvements to the grounds, capital projects, equipment and programs in order that the Ventura County Fairgrounds continue to be an exemplary multi-use community resource. |
