Additional Guidelines
- The Ventura County Fairgrounds reserves the right to select the items a company is allowed to sell for highest level of product mix and choose their location to ensure the best layout possible.
- If accepted, exact & approved items will be listed on the Rental Agreement/Contract and Vendors may sell only those pre-approved items.
- Spot Checks will be made on site throughout the duration of the event, and you may not be able to re-open until your items match your agreement.
- The Fairgrounds does not grant exclusive rights to any vendor for any type of Product, Services, Food, or Beverage items.
- This Application is not a Proposal or Guarantee of Space for Oktoberfest.
- Credit/Debit card transactions incur a 3% processing fee each time it is processed through our POS system.
- All vendors must bring their own POS system and provide their own Wi-Fi, hotspot, or data plan to run it. Fairgrounds Wi-Fi will not be available during fair dates.
