Facilities Rental Application

Deposits

The Association may retain from the deposit any amount necessary to remedy Renter defaults in the payment of rent, repair of damage(s) to the Premises caused by Renter, or to clean the Premises upon Renter move-out if not left in the same condition in which Renter took possession. Deposit is not applied towards rental fee and is nontransferable/ nonrefundable if event is cancelled. Failure to pay deposit or balance by due date will result in cancellation of event. The deposit amount or balance, if any, and an itemized list of any deductions shall be returned to Renter usually within 30 days after the end of the event.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or mail. All deposits are non-refundable.

Applications

It is understood that this application is only a request for dates and is not a contractual agreement. The applicable hereby represents that a full and complete disclosure has been made of all information which might be pertinent to the Ventura County Fairgrounds for consideration of this applications, and that all statements are true and correct. By submitting this application, I authorize Ventura County Fairgrounds to verify any information on this application.
