Additional Guidelines for the Ventura County Fair The Fair reserves the right to select the items a company is allowed to sell and location. If accepted, exact & approved items will be listed on the Rental Agreement. Vendors may sell only items that are pre-approved by Fair Management. Spot Checks will be made on site, throughout the duration of the Fair. The Ventura County Fair does not grant exclusive rights to any vendor for any type of Product or Services or repeat locations. This Application is not a Proposal or Guarantee of Space for the Ventura County Fair. All new applicants must re-apply each year. All New Vendor Commercial or Food Applications must be complete and in Office by June 15th. Credit card transactions incur a 4% processing fee. Your $25.00 application fee is not refundable and is not credited towards your booth space.
