A non-refundable $25.00 Application Fee per booth is required for application consideration. This online application will not be reviewed and considered without the Fee, complete forms and Photos of your proposed booth, including a specific requested menu list or product list.

Space Pricing

Main Street Location(outside): $1500.00 per 10x10 Location
Adventures in Shopping(inside): $1275.00 per 10x10 Location
Seaside Pavilion(inside): $1000.00 per 10x10 Location
Ocean Lane(outside): $1275.00 per 10 x10 Location ( includes a tent )
Additional space Charges for Corners & Islands: $100- $300 depending on location
Grounds Utility Fee: $145.00 unless amps over commercial level.

Food Vendors

A deposit of $2,000 is required and will be credited towards your gross sales percentage.
The Ventura County Fair collects 25% of gross sales.
Electrical and Utility fee is based on Amps used, starts at $145.00.

Additional Guidelines for the Ventura County Fair

The Fair reserves the right to select the items a company is allowed to sell and location.
If accepted, exact & approved items will be listed on the Rental Agreement.
Vendors may sell only items that are pre-approved by Fair Management.
Spot Checks will be made on site, throughout the duration of the Fair.
The Ventura County Fair does not grant exclusive rights to any vendor for any type of Product or Services or repeat locations.
This Application is not a Proposal or Guarantee of Space for the Ventura County Fair.
All new applicants must re-apply each year.
All New Vendor Commercial or Food Applications must be complete and in Office by June 15th.
Credit card transactions incur a 4% processing fee.
Your $25.00 application fee is not refundable and is not credited towards your booth space.

The Ventura County Fair reserves the right to refuse any application and may refuse to execute a contract without giving reason. The Ventura County Fair also reserves the right to relocate a stand at any time for the betterment of the fair and in accordance with regulations.
