A non-refundable $25.00 Application Fee per booth is required for application consideration. This online application will not be reviewed and considered without the Fee, complete forms and Photos of your proposed booth, including a specific requested menu list or product list.

If accepted, a required utility fee of $145.00 applies to each both for electrical, water, power.
Booth location may or may not provide tent, pipe and drape depending on location.
NOTE: You must submit photos of current trailer and entire commercial or food trailer setup to complete this application.
Please Note: Your $25.00 application fee is not refundable and is not credited towards your booth space. Please send to fair office, attention Madalyn Johnson. Please send check or money order made payable to Ventura County Fair or fill out the attached Credit Card form.
