A non-refundable $25.00 Application Fee per booth is required for application consideration. This online application will not be reviewed and considered without the Fee, complete forms and Photos of your proposed booth, including a specific requested menu list or product list.

Adventures in Shopping $1500 includes pipe/drape and Electrical Drop
Art Walk n Shop $1200 includes pipe/drape and Electrical Drop
Ocean Lane (OUTSIDE) $1450 includes a 4 wall commercial grade Tent and Electrical Drop
MarketPlace Pavillon $1200 inclues pipe/drape and Electrical Drop
Main Street (OUTSIDE) $1650
Corners / Islands / Specialty or Premium Spots if available $100 – $400 additional charges per 10×10
- The Ventura County Fair reserves the right to select the items a company is allowed to sell for highest level of product mix and choose their location to ensure the best Fair layout possible.
- If accepted, exact & approved items will be listed on the Rental Agreement/Contract and Vendors may sell only those pre-approved items.
- Spot Checks will be made on site throughout the duration of the Fair, and you may not be able to re-open until your items match your agreement.
- The Fair does not grant exclusive rights to any vendor for any type of Product, Services, Food, or Beverage items.
- This Application is not a Proposal or Guarantee of Space for the Ventura County Fair and along with Booth deposits, RV fees and Credential Fees, the application fee is non-refundable.
- All new applicants, each year, must apply with a $25.00 non-refundable application fee. The application is only considered complete when in the Fair office we have the application, photos and payment.
- Credit/Debit card transactions incur a 3% processing fee each time it is processed through our POS system.
- All vendors must bring their own POS System and Wi-Fi / Hot Spots / Data usage set -up to run their own POS system with an appropriate amount of Wi-Fi or Data. The Fair is making with WI-FI -there will be days it may be at full capacity and we may or may not have Wi-fi passwords available.
